Trey Russell, LCSW-S

Trey is a clinical social worker serving Paris, Texas. Trey is married to his wife, Candace and his two wonderful children. Trey graduated from Texas A&M University Commerce with a master’s in Social Work in 2012. He has since placed emphasis on understanding and treating the source of client’s and family’s difficulties with particular interest in past trauma and life events.

Trey has years of experience in diagnosing and working with severe mental illness, depression, and minor adjustment problems. Through his work he has helped people overcome addictions, depression, anxiety and other stressors that affect all of us at some time in our lives. 

 

Deborah Wall, LPC

Deborah is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oklahoma and Texas. Her extensive career history has focused on stabilizing and promoting personal functioning while empowering others to achieve long-term growth.

As an action-oriented therapist, Deborah strives to help others resolve stressors and become the best version of themselves. This concept is evidenced by her advocation of adults, children and families to become addiction free, resolve traumas, and develop a healthy sense of self to combat life's difficulties. Additionally, she is a certified SYMBIS premarital and marital counseling facilitator.

 
 
 

Kara Olfert, LCSW

Kara is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in the State of Texas. She earned her Master's Degree in Social Work from Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2019. With a specialization in anxiety, depression, and adjustment to change, Kara brings experience in serving individuals of all ages, from children to adults. Kara's primary focus is on helping children, teens, and adults develop effective coping strategies for challenging life situations, transitions, and emotional patterns. Her commitment to clinical excellence is evident in her passion for identifying adaptive and developmental patterns of behavior and thought processes that benefit her clients. Compassion and a supportive environment are quickly established with clients new to Kara's clinical practice.

Working with children and adolescents, Kara is driven to assist parents in fostering supportive and secure relationships with their children. She believes in providing practical, intelligent, and applicable solutions to navigate life's most troublesome situations and scenarios.Furthermore, Kara's clinical expertise extends to providing support for women and men facing infertility challenges, offering guidance and assistance to individuals striving to build their families. She is dedicated to helping her clients understand their unique identities, gain awareness of the factors that have shaped them, and empower them to reach their full potential.

My approach is rooted in meeting you where you are, honoring your story, and supporting you through each step with care and understanding. My personal experiences with trauma and grief deepen the work I do, allowing me to connect with both empathy and authenticity.

As an LPC-Associate supervised by Tasha Devereaux, MA, LPC-S, NCC, I am committed to providing thoughtful, ethical care that prioritizes your well-being. I offer sessions in a format that best supports your needs, including in-person, virtual, and Walk and Talk Therapy in a calm, natural setting. Teresa Lancaster, LPCS

Teresa has dedicated her career to the healing and medical fields, transitioning into psychotherapy with a profound belief in the integral connection between mental health and overall wellbeing. With a personal history of overcoming trauma, Teresa has specialized in trauma therapy and behavioral modification, particularly focusing on adolescents.

 She pursued her education at Texas A&M University, drawn by the Clinical Psychology Department's passion for holistic health and its robust on-campus training program. This education solidified her approach to viewing individuals as complete entities, with the brain a s the foundation for healthy transformations.

Teresa is an expert in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and employs reality checking techniques to guide her clients in recognizing and correcting cognitive distortions. Her areas of expertise include trauma, sexual offenders, and behavioral modification across all age groups. She has earned supervisor status in both her licensures, LPC-S and LSOTP-S, bringing years of diverse case experiences to her practice.

Outside of her professional life, Teresa enjoys spending time with family, friends, and participating in community services. Her hobbies include gardening, tending to her chickens, and enjoying walks and playtime with her dogs.

 

Avery Clement, LPC

As a therapist, I have a deep passion for supporting growth across life stages, I specialize in play therapy for children, parenting support, and therapy for adolescents and young adults. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and developmentally appropriate practices, helping clients feel seen, heard, and empowered.

With adolescents and young adults, I create a judgment-free zone to explore identity, navigate transitions, manage anxiety or depression, and build resilience. I believe in meeting each client where they are—with curiosity, respect, and a belief in their potential for growth.

For younger children, I use play therapy to give them a safe, expressive space where they can process emotions, build coping skills, and develop confidence. I also work closely with parents to strengthen connections, manage challenges, and build a supportive home environment.
